Im trying to eat healthy.But I really want to know how to maintain a balanced diet.For example:how much of each of this should I have in my body daily,sodium,proteins,carbs,et... just want an idea of how much of this I should have in my body daily,so I could stay healthy and loose weight,I dont want to go over carbs and stuff like that anymore,since Im working out,I don wanted to be in vain.I would really appreciate if you guys could tell me some foods that I should avoid or drinks.Thanks!!

I have found that the best way to lose weight and keep it of, is by eating every 2-3 hrs, splitting your meals into 6 rather than 3 larger meals. This speeds up your metabolism and keeps endurance levels up when working out. Opt for low fat versions of foods you like, theres a pretty good chance that the low fat version doesn't taste any different, meaning you have extra calories for something else. Your common sense should tell you what to avoid and what would be a healthy choice, checking the calorie and fat content of foods will keep you on the right track. Also, keep to "brown" versions of food like bread, pasta, rice etc, these really dont taste any different from their white versions and contain wholegrains (help you feel more full). Making small adjustments to your diet provide long term results.
