I was thinking about having 5-6 small meals a day!. How many calories should each meal be!? What kinds of things can I have!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should have 3 meals a day with snacks inbetween each meal!. each meal should be from 1200 to 1500 calories!. its not neccessary to have the three snacks!. chewing gum also helps!. ive been doing this for about 6 or 7 moonths and ive lost 70 pounds too!. also make sure that you are excersizing 3-4 times a week for about and hour to an hour and a half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well it depends on your weight but make them small meals!. You could eat veggies, fruits, nuts, anything whole grain!. Low fat or non fat yogurt!. Salad is also a good choice too!. Some people eat those lean cuisine meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
