I'd say walk/jog/run 3 miles every morning (3 miles isn't a lot at all) Do plenty of sit ups before you go to bed, eat special "K" for breakfast and lunch, eat small meals a day not big ones!. Try cutting down on carb for example, breads, noodles, and rice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I lost fifty pounds in three months by cutting down my carb intake - I ate about 100 carbs a day - and I stopped eating sugar!. Also, eat one big meal early in the day (say noon-ish) and eat something light later if you get hungry again!. Walking a few times a week helps, too!. You don't have to over-work yourself or go on an outrageous diet to lose weight fast!. (You don't have to take pills or drink/eat dietary foods, either!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Swim, run, and jump rope for at least 30 minutes a day!.
If you exercise very well it is likely you won't see much of a difference in your weight, because you are replacing fat with heavier muscle!.

There is no easy way to lose weight!.
Exersize 4- 5 times a week!. Get yourself a good routine going!.
Eat good foods and cut your portions in half!.
