Question: Is it bad to drink 1 gallon of water everyday!?
Just wondering because I heard that water clears up ur face and that it cleans you from the inside!. I will really appreaciate all of your answers!.!.!.GOD BLESSWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well, there IS a such thing as too much water!. I dunno if a gallon is considered too much or not!. Maybe you can ask your doctor!?

But as far as the bladder goes, make sure you're going to be home all day when you have that gallon!. It's good you're drinking water, or planning to!. As to clear your inside, 6-8 glasses is enough!. And it's one of the steps to help reduce the speed of signs of aging!. How do I know!? In an interview a few years ago, John Schneider was told he looked good for his age, and he mentioned drinking lots of water!. It makes sense, as it plumps the skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

recently, i saw a news report that said it was bad to drink lots of water, but personally i think that's a bunch of crap!.!.!.!.!.water is required for many bodily functions including removing toxins, clearing skin blemishes, regulating body temperature, carrying oxygen and nutrients to cells and cushioning joints just to name a few!.!.!.!.!.a good rule of thumb is to take your body weight divided by 2 and drink that many ounces of water each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no it is not "bad" but you shouldn't force yourself to drink that much if you don't feel like it!. the "cleaning" part is just making you pee more often so it does flush your system!. be careful not to drink too much water in a short period of time, it could actually dilute your blood-nutrient concentrations beyond a functional level; example: gallon of water in 3 minutes = death!. if you are concerned about this, just research "water intoxication"Www@Answer-Health@Com

A gallon is a bit much, typically you need 1!.5 litres which is 2!.6 pints as well as the water you get from food!. You would increase this if you are in a hot environment and sweating a lot maybe by adding another litre (2 pints) but a gallon may put a strain on your kidneys!. Drinking water may clean your skin because the sweat will wash out your pores and that helps prevent spots!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I personally have found it really unpleasant trying to force myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day and am glad that there's some new evidence proving my hopes!.

I've heard different answers on this topic, but one of them is to drink in proportion to your weight!. Sorry, I don't have the exact ratio on hand, but perhaps the http://www!.whfoods!.com/ does!. they have some good stuff!.
