Is jumprope good cardio to get a six pack?!


Question: Is jumprope good cardio to get a six pack!?
if i jump rope for 20 minutes a day about 3 dys a week alogn with lifting weights and ab work and eating strictly healthy ( with lots of protein)
will i get on my way to a six pack
jumprope 3 days
lift weights 2 days
ab work 2 days
tone 1 day
is this good for abs

Nope, not at all!. Jumprope is cardio, but it doesn't really use stomach muscles all that much, mainly legs!.

Try doing russian twists - they're the quickest exercise to get abs, they work all around on stomach muscles!.

That's how to do 'em!. The diet's good too!.

Also, try doing about 10 minutes of russian twists ( a LOT harder than it sounds, you can literally feel the burn in your stomach, lmao), and then taking a five minute rest, and then do another 10 minutes!. This'll keep your muscles contracting and expanding, even when you're done exercising!. So basically, it's like bringing out your abs even when you're watching TV or whatever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oy vey, have you taken PE!? Do all that every other day!. Like this!. Day 1: Work out, Day 2: Rest!. Repeat!. The rest will let all those tiny damages you made to your muscles and bones repair themselves!. When your body repairs itself, it makes it improves!. Its a survival mechanism evolved over millions of years, so that future damages to that area aren't as bad!. Anyway, you need a full day to rest to allow all the repairs to happen!. If you don't rest, you'll just make the damage worse, and it won't repair as well, making the exercise moot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is definetly a good routine if you want to get abs! Although, I don't think the jumprope would be as effective as the lifting weights and ab work!. So I'd say change the number of days of jumprope and weight lifting around!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

jump-rope is an awesome core exercise!. keep it up!. plus cardio is going to cut down your body fat percentage making any muscle definition more visible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do crunches and focus on that middle section if you abs when you jump rope it is just burning calories it is an aerobic activityWww@Answer-Health@Com
