How important is it to drink water when trying to lose weight?!


Question: How important is it to drink water when trying to lose weight!?
I can usually do 4 to 6 cups of water per day, but gag after awhile!. I really like the mix-ins like crystal light, but feel like I might as well drink diet soda over water mix-in because they are both full of sweeteners and food coloring and I really like diet soda the best!. Am I wrong!?

I have also read that too much water can overwork the kidneys!?

water is very important you should drink 8 cups of water a day!.!.!.!.it controls your body temperature,and it carries dissolved materials around ur body(blood),and all metabolic reactions take place their and it makes 70% of your body weight and it doesnt make you obese dont worry,you should drink water cause it is one of the nutrients that you should take!.!.!.!.!.drink water and fresh juice stop the soda and soft drink!.!.!.!.and if you still hate the taste of water add a little squeeze of lemon or orande and they sell in any grocery water with lemon adn orange and strawberry and peach taste they are soo tastey!.!.!.i hope i helped you:D:DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends what youre looking for, ive cut out soda and sweetened liquids pretty much all together, with a lil slip here and there

just drink water with some orange or lemon or grapefruit squeezed in if you cant stand the taste

the natural juice is better for you than anything that is bottled!.

water makes you feel fuller and is proven to help you lose weight!. i carry a water bottle around with me all day and drink about 3 liters a day (about 12 cups)!. try to limit yourself to one soda a day because artificial sweetener may increase your chances of cancer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never know too much water will overwork the kidney!. What I heard is water help detoxification in the body and it will help the kidney!.
