Plastic bags around legs?!


Question: Plastic bags around legs!?
my legs are a little biger than i want them to be and its really hot in my room so i put some plastic bags around my thighs and my stomach and im sweating a lot!. i've heard this will help weight loss!. will it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it could work but u should try going to the store and buying this thing!.!.!. its a body suit but its like a garbage bag or something!.!.!. its supposed to help you sweat while you work out and its supposed to be better than just an ordinary bag!. but yes!.!.!. sweating does help you lose weightWww@Answer-Health@Com

all it does is cause the "temporary" loss of water!. it has absolutely no effect on fat loss!. it's physiologically impossible to spot reduce fat stores, human biology does not function in such a manner!. it's basically a waste of time!.

wrestlers do it to cut weight before weighing in, it's nothing new and has been in practice for over 4 decades now!. once water is consumed in sufficient quantities that weight comes right back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes it will help you loose weight!. but it helps you loose "water weight"!.

this will make you sweat a lot!. getting rid of lots of the fluids/water in your body makes you weigh less because water is part of your weight!.

the problem is, this makes you dehyderated!. if you do this a lot it can make you very sick!.

also it only works short term!. you will loose the water making you weigh less and appear thinner, but as soon as you drink a glass of water the weight is back on within an hour!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your clothes might fit better!.
But u might faint from dehydration!.
It works for your friend because for wrestling you have to be at a certain weight for a certain weigh in and this is jsut a quick way for him to get his numbers down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this will help you lose weight, but only water weight, i do the same thing when i need to drop weight for wrestling, it will help you lose like 6 lbs quick but you put it back on in a few days by drinking and re-hydrating!. it is not a permanent way to lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yep!. But if you put it around your stomach!.!.it can cause it hard to breath, cant it!? And i don't think it'd help, because even though sweating may help, your still need to do other things like exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just get on the treadmill and u'll sweat even more!. Start slow and do this everyday for about 30min!. Any time u sweat ur body is feeling it which helps in losing weight!. But do it the healthy way!. The bag things gotta go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

uhhh!. that wont make them get much smaller!! you should try excersing!. like walking or jogging!. i take dance about 5 or 6 hours a week!. and it keeps my body in good shape!. you should try it!.

you loose water weight which will come back as soon as you rehydrate!. if big ankles are hereditary not much you can do!. always consult a doc before starting any diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
