Please Help Me. I Hate Being The Fat Kid.?
I am 11 1/2 years old, female, and I weigh 179 lbs. I am always the one being picked on. I hate not having any friends! I'm sick of not feeling good either. I want to be able to run that mile in p.e class! I want to be able to keep up to all the toher kids. I'm sad, lonely, and fat! I want to lose weight before it becomes more of a problem!
I have no energy, and no friends.
I want a diet and exercise plan.
PLease, Can you guys help me. I'm tired of being made fun of.
I have a horse, and I ride. My cupboards are bare, but my family eats out EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! AND MORNING
Yeah, My parents Support me, and I ask to eat in every night, but we just do not have time. Dad works 12 hours, mom has to take care of 8 horses. But I do get to spend time with them at least. They are wonderful so just please don't call them mean :) Thanks.
And yes, mom weighs 200+, dad weighs 223... Sigh...

You definately need energy if you wanna make it.
You're too young for diets.
You need to exercise everyday, running is good for you, swimming and tennis would be good too.
You need an activity that would make your whole body work; and Tennis, Swimming, Running, and Basketball are good for you.
Don't eat before you go to sleep and don't skip meals your body will store fat.
Drink lots of water. Don't eat Junk food; sandwiches, chips, french fries etc.
Your young, you need proteins.
Drink lots of milk, you need Calcium.
It's a good thing your parents are supporting you. If they can, ask them to sign you up in a tennis or swimming club. or Martial Arts, Kick Boxing or Full Contact.
Go with them to see a doctor, he/she will help you.
And remember that the kids that don't wanna be your friend and keep picking on you are sad somewhere inside of them. You don't need them; you're much much better then them.
