Losing weight?

I run a mile and a half a day and eat a grape fruit in the morning, And a apple for lunch, and eat a regular dinner. I then also ride my bike for 4 miles will i lose weight? Just started doing this.

what is a regular dinner? if you're underweight already you may not lose any weight but the average person will lose weight given what you're doing, as long as your dinner isn't 2000 calories. you should probably eat more for breakfast and lunch, though, unless you're not hungry during the day.
