I don't believe you can actually make yourself taller by stretching!. But, I would think the only possible way is to stretch your back and neck!. Because they are made of vertebrae that can be flexed and stretched!. I can't see you gaining any length through your knee joints and hip joints!. And obviously, your bones are fixed!.
Try stretching out your back with a work out ball; laying your back on the ball!. Grab on to the monkey or pull-up bar and hang (3-4 mins)!. Rotate your neck to loosen that up!. Hang up-side-down from the monkey bars (3-4mins)!.
Drink more milk! Take a multi-vitamin with calcium!. Don't take to much calcium though, it isn't water soluble, so a toxic amount can build up in your body!.

There is no way to actually make yourself taller but if you do find something to hang down from it will stretch your back out and actually over time will make you taller!. Normal body wear and tear makes your backbone compress!. So if you would do some hanging a couple times a week you could possibly gain a half an inch but this isn't making you taller just getting all out of what god gave you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've tried trust me, I'm 5 ft!.
Stretching in the morning may make you an inch taller, but by the end up the day, gravity leaves its mark and shrinks you back down again so it doesn't make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try stretching from florida to africa i tried that once and i heard a crack noise it was spooky!. i had a cat named spook once!. he was all black so im like mom lets name him spook he was soo awasome until he went dead :(Www@Answer-Health@Com
