Better pushups?!


Question: Better pushups!?
I have never been able to do pushups well in my life!. Now i want to be able to do them!. Girly push ups are way too easy, and they just dont help me get better!.!.!. Pushing up isnt a problem, it is keeping my body stable or something when i go down!. I think my body just isnt stable enough when i do them!. Cause my neck and shoulders shake a bit!. How do i get better at them!? I cant really even do 1 =[ Anyone have something that can help me!? I feel weak, but im stronger than a lot of guys i know!.!.!.But they can easily do pushups!. ie i can bench more, curl more, whatever it may be!. How do i get better at pushup!?!? Does my mind just not understand!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you just have a really weak core!. do crunches!. or if your abs are strong you just aren't flexing your stomach while you are doing pushups!. use your abs to keep your body level while doing pushups and it'll be a lot easier!. have funWww@Answer-Health@Com

There is no one way to do a push-up; try experimenting with different hand postions!. The wider your hands are apart, the more stability you should have!. Try putting your arms at a ninety-degree angle to your body!. That is to say, if you were standing up, your arms would form a 'T', and your forearms would be at a ninety-degree angle with your upper arms straight out from you!. Lots of angles, huh!? Granted, doing push-ups this way will put more emphasis on your shoulders and limit your chest's involvement almost soley to the outer portions, but you should be very stable!. When you get better, you can move your hands closer and further down!. Ideally, your hands should be under your shoulders with your thumbs almost touching your nipples to get the most out of your chest and triceps, but doing pushups the way I suggested can be a great training tool!.
