Question: Nicole richie!?!!?
can anyone tell me how i can get nicole richies body!.!.!. not where she was like a size 0 and looked really unhealthy but the one she has now where shes skinny but still really healthy!. tell me what to eat and how to exercise!

i read somewhere that shes on a really strict cardio-based workout routine!.!.!.
so i guess, cut back on sugars and fried foods and start jogging, dancing, basically doing any exercise to get your heart pumping

in terms of diet change the food you eat now as much as you can to being healthier
so eat more fruit, vegetables
turn foods to lower fat ones i!.e!. whole milk to skimmed
lean protein - so chicken, fish, low fat cheese
drink loads of water and exercise
as your a girl you dont wana get bulky i kno but use very light weights and do things like squats, curls
do lots of ab exercises - look up on google - i do the following ones and they work = leg raises, planks, crunches
do push ups to tone your arms, they wont make them bulky, its your diet that makes you bulky
and make mesurments to track your doing it right, use scales but dont rely on them, use a tape measure and track your stomach measurments and you should see results
if your big slowly limit calories by like 250 every 2weeks, if your not dont limit your calories just do the above
oh yer and do cardio, doing light cardio upon waking up burns most fat while losing less muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
