How many GRAMS (g) carbs can or should i eat a day to keep the same weight?
How many grams (g) not calories can or should i be eating and maintain my weight .
I do 1hour 30mins - 2hours of exercise per day burning 1,400 - 1,600 calories a day
i am female
age 21
height 5 ft 6"
i weigh 118 - 120 lbs (pounds)
please help if u know please do tell
remember i want to know how many GRAMS (g) PER DAY I CAN HAVE NOT CALORIES

no clue bit i know its more than 20 - 22 the recomended daily amount is 230 g for a standard person but i do not know as u do so much exercise
