How to lose weight for free?!


Question: How to lose weight for free!?
What are some good ways to lose weight without getting a gym membership or basically spending ANY money!? I am low on cash but would really like to get in shape!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i agree with you!.!.!. i don't know why people even answer if they are going to be sarcastic and unhelpful!.
here are somethings you can do!.!.!.
eat several small meals a day
eat lots and lots of vegetables and fruits!.
drink lots of water (but not too much, cause that can be dangerous)
if you have the fit tv channel, they have lots of fun work outs to do!.!.!. a nice series they do is called all-star workouts!. lots of variety and they are for the most part really fun to do!. ( i like to tape them in case i miss them and then you have a nice collection of tapes to work out to!.
walking is also a great way to exercise!.!.!. i've known lots of people who go for walks everyday and drop lots of weight!.
look up exercises online that will work out specific core areas and do an area a day!.
buy cheap pair of weights too 3-5lbs!. you can even use those on your walks!

Avoid useless empty calories from drinks and sugar!. limit your fat intake to 25% of total calories!. perform regular exercise such as walking, jogging or running at least 45 to 60 minutes a day!. you will loose your weight steadely and safely without spending extra money!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat nothing after 6 pm!.!.!.
do some simple exercises!.!.!.like
pushups two sets of 10 a day
situps two sets of 20-25 a day
