i know loads of morans say this but i really need help with it or i might do something stupid and silly cuz its ruining mky life

i use to be anorexic and weighed 70 pounds!.!.!.was 5-5
now i am 130!.!.!.still 5-5
this is from severe binge eating( 6000 -10000 cals a day!.!.!.!.)
i wanna lose 30 and VERY quickly
cud anyone advise me on how to do this
and anorexics tell me how to be it again
i know im daft

hey! u are exactly like me!!!! i eat atleast 8000 calories every day and have also gone through the same crap!.!.!.im even the same height!.!.!.i have to see a therapist and take pills!.!.!.!.i would suggest u stay at that weight or onlt lose 5!.!.!.being 100 isnt healthy but 125 is!.!.!.and dont relapse!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i know this will sound unpleasant but!.!.!.130 is a very healthy weight for 5'5!.!.!.if you wanna lose 30 pounds, you would be 100 pounds!.!.!.and trust me, you will look disgusting!!! skeleton girls are not pretty, and you could ask guys what they think about skeleton girls and you will hear lots of Ewwww's!.!.!.What you could do is work out a little to create more muscle!. The thing to remember when trying to lose weight is to be consistent in your exercise program and eating healthy!. You can safely lose up to 5 lbs a week, depending on your body type of course!.

Stop eating 6000-10,000 calories a day, don't go over your recomended per day and if you have been eating as much as you say you have then the weight will drop off you in no time!.

hey!.!.i was in the same situation as u!.!.used to be reeli underweight a few yrs bak!.!.im 5' 6 and weighd like 90 pounds but am now 120!.!.i wna lose a bit of weight tho!.!.not too much but just enuff to look skinny agen!.!.im going on holiday in a couple of wkz time n dont wna b the fattest one on the beach caz all my frends are skinny too!.!.lol!.!.!.im going to go on the cabbage soup diet caz i hav to lose the weight fast but i wouldnt reccomend going on fad diets!. You have to have will power and eat healthy!. I know its easier said than done but a good diet and exercise would b the best way to go!. The best way to lose weight is to eat a HEALTHY diet, and EXCERCISE!.

For a healthy diet, you need to be eating small to medium meals regularly!. 4 or even 5 times a day!. Each meal (apart from breakfast which should preferably be fibre rich), should contain a balanced ammount of carbohydrates, (from potatoes, rice and pasta, etc) protien (from fish, chicken, occassional red meat, soya) and plenty of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants (simple fresh fruit and veg)!. Eat like this and make sure you are well hydrated (fruit juice is as good as water, any fluid counts, but some fluids have negative effects too, such as alcohol or caffiene rich drinks!.)

This doesn't mean you cant have chocolate or pizza/takeaway/etc, just save them as occassional treats!.

The big secret to burning body fat is EXCERCISE, particularly cardio excercise (running, swimming, cycling, etc)

As far as excercise goes, you should aim to strike a balance between cardio training and strength training, this way you will build good strong muscle, but also keep your body fat levels down and increase your heart and lung performance, making you much fitter and healthier!. And happier too!.
