Help!!!! legs...?!


Question: Help!!!! legs!.!.!.!?
i have really skinny legs which are basically lamposts!. i dont have access to a gym which is a right bummer and i would just love to get them shapely!. Eating more doesnt work as it just goes staright to my stomach and the rest of me isnt really skinny!. Seeing as im nearly 15!.!.!.will my legs get bigger as i get older !? or will they be like this for most of my life!?

Sometimes your legs will fill out as you get older and usually around 15/16 dependant on you!! Dont worry about it, be yourself!. People dont look t your legs as soon as they meet you they see your personality!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if there isnt a gym near you to put on some more musle on your legs then go for dayliy jogs , run or walk each day!.
Also you can buy mlkshakes that help you put on musle faster which is true!.
And the answers to your last questions , yes your legs will fill out as you gradully get older!.

If you run a lot and have a treadmill you're on a good start but spend atleast an hour on the treadmill and some foods are meant to go straight to you thighs which should also make you lower legs bigger too!. Or you could always try to get your body to match your legs but I wouldn't do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to build muscle in the area, and it's pretty easy to do so straight from your bedroom or wherever!.
