I just ate McDonald's after my workout!! HELP!?!

Question: I just ate McDonald's after my workout!! HELP!!?
I just started working out last week and I did 40 minutes of cardio today (Billy Blanks Bootcamp)!. After the workout, like an idiot, I ate McDonalds!. 2 hamburgers and a small order of fries with 2 glasses of water!.

I feel just awful that I ate junk food after feeling so good from working out!. What should I do!? Should I wait 2 hours and do an additional 30 minutes of cardio to burn it off!? Regardless, I will NEVER make that mistake again!. I def!. will be eating a super light dinner later onWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so here is what you ate!.!.!.!.!.

29 grams of fat x 9 = 261 calories of fat
91 carbs x4 = 364 calories of carbs
27 protein x4 = 108 calories of protein

733 calories in total
you can use this site to get an approximate amount of calories you burn per cardio

I honestly feel bad for you but anyways this is what I do!. On my next run I punish myself and while I'm running I make myself run at least one more time around the lake which is 1/2 mile!. And do some pushups and any extra thing you would like to punish yourself with!. And then at the end of the day tell yourself!. I would have not had that small chest and arm workout if it wasn't for eating all that mcdonalds!. And that beneficial cardiovascular run!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you know what would suck!.
if you just dropped dead right now!.
all your workin out for nothing!.
why don't you live a little!?
it's just mcdonalds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Relax- it's NOT the end of the world! You CAN eat McDonalds as long as you exercise and eat a sensible dinner! Keep doing what you are doing you will be just fine!

Good luck and be well!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can't really do anything about it now, but if you feel so guilty, try going for a jog (around 20 minutes)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just watch what you eat!.
and dont make a big deal about it
just chill, and eat healthyWww@Answer-Health@Com
