OK I went into Fitday!.com and plugged everything in for you :)
Calories - 1047
Fat - 28 Grams
Carbs - 154 Grams
Protein - 51 Grams
The percentages are : 26% fat , 57% carbs , 19% protein !. The rule of thumb is 20% fat , 40% carbs and 40% protein!.
Are trying to gain weight !? Because this will def!. do it !. You need to add more protein and a little less carbs to balance it out !.
Hope this answers your question :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
