Is this a reasonable workout?!

Is this a reasonable workout?

i am doing 50 sit ups, 30 press ups, and lightish weights, twice a day, is this too little and how long does this take improve body


Answers:

I honestly don't think 50 sit-ups is enough, I myself do about 300 a day. I'd do quite a bit more than all of those, try to aim for at least 100.
