Question: How much celery would equal one serving!?
Hey there, so I'm trying to eat my 9 servings a day or whatever of fruits nad veggies, and I was wondering, how many cups, or how many stalks, or wahteve ryou want, is one serving equal to for celery!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think it matters, since celery is an "unlimited" vegetable, no calories - just a lot of potassium!. Frankly, since there is no nutritional value to speak of, I wouldn't even count it as one of my nine servings!. fwiw!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
