If you are, it's just barely!. Wide grip is meant to isolate your (outer) chest area only!. Close grip is for triceps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,you are working them at the same time, but your focus is chest,remember your hands are involved everytime you are working your upper body!. so triceps,biceps are more likely to be involved, that why its quiker to build the upper body than the lower part of the body!.

Any extension of your arms will work your triceps and any pulling of your arms will work your back!. This is the fundamental principle of the pull push routine where one day you pull bis and back and one day you push chest and tris!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
