Question:

Best excercises for [[butt,thighs && lower legs]]?

Hey guys && gals I was wondering what excercises
worked best for you && that toned your
butt,thighs and leg areas?! [[how many times a week and etc.]]
I keep trying but what I do doesn't seem to be working..


Answers:

Squats and lunges. Keep proper form, and do them to exhaustion every other or every 3rd day. If you do it too much, the muscles will break down instead of building up. If you don't do it often enough, you'll lose the gains because of atrophy.

Also stair stepping (on actual stairs, or the machine with the steps that actually revolve) and running or walking with ankle weights.
