Question:
Thinner arms and legs?
im almost 14, 5 foot 5 or 6 or something and i weight like 120, but i want like thinnner legs and arms what r some good exercises to get thinner arms and legs without looking muscular, websites if possible.
and im on summer break and i want to get some excerise but i cant find nothing to do, does any1 have any idea's!

Pilates is a great simple workout that shows results fast if you do it everyday, not spiratically. Push ups and pull ups help with the arms, and laying on your side, and doing scissors with your legs (as shown in pilates) will improve the strength and thin them out.
try searching pilates in youtube, maybe you can get some free sessions there :) goodluck!
(im almost just like you, 13 almost 14, 5 6 1/2 and 120 as well...this has worked to tone me)
