Question: Ive been lifting weights for a week now how can i tell if my biceps are developing!?

Well to start its going to take more than a week to see deveolopment, but the best way you can see if your developing or not is to take a look in the mirror, i mean the mirror doesn't lie! Also take some measurements now that your jsut starting out and compare them down the road to see how the progress is going, try taking some pictures even!. It will take longer than a week!. Make sure you are getting enough rest!. You don't grow during your workout you grow after your workout with food and rest!. Secondly, take out a measuring tape now and measure your biceps, then compare in a few months!. Also, looking in the mirror is easiest way and the one most will rely on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol i wish i could gain in one week it takes about 3-4 to be noticibally different but ur stregth will improve so u can lift heavier -bigger muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
