Question: I'm 11, how do I lose weight!?
I'm 11 years old and I am 4"9 almost 5"0 and weigh 102
Am I overweight!? How do I lose the extra weight fast!? I would like to lose at least 5 or 6 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Good question , some people spend their HOLE life trying to lose weight and never figure it out!. First of all your body will fight to survive and so if you don't eat , we would think we'd lose weight no , you won't your body holds on to the fat because it thinks it's starving!. You have to eat at least 5 times a day and drink LOTS of water !.Soon as you get up in the morning eat , your body is in starvation mode , you haven't eat for at least 13 hrs!. or so right so it's holding on to that fat!. Protein is the key the main key eat lots of it !. eggs chicken fish (no breading) on it No fried foods , no breads, pasta, rice these are all foods that turn into sugar in your body no salt , no chips,cokes crap like that !. You'll lose very easy if you cut these things out of your life eat 3 proteins a day with green veggies , and in between the 3 meals eat just like a half cup of cottage cheese that acts as a full meal and you won't be hungry !. Really !. I lost 35 pounds in 3 mo!. it's not easy or fast , and if you goof up big deal just try try again !. It's a hole different life style , but at your age you might as well get started the right way !.Remember No fried foods at all!. And never ever eat at night !. good LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

you are really too young to be losing weight and i realize that this isn't what you want to hear but it is true!. When i was your age i had a belly and now it is gone!. when you grow and age your body changes!. when your around 16 then you can talk about losing weight!. if you are concerned go to a doctor, just don't go on any crash diets on your own!. peace and Love!.!.!. liza:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

At 11, you should not be worried about losing weight!.

i would recommend just doing crunches when youre watching tv or bored!.
try jumping jacks,
just stay active and try to stop eating unhealthy food!.
