I know exactly how to lose weight...but why won't I do it?!


Question: I know exactly how to lose weight!.!.!.but why won't I do it!?
I know what my problems are and what I need to do to lose weight!. Its simple: eat less, especially processed sugar (I have a sweet tooth), and exercise daily!.

But my question is!.!.!.!.why can't I get myself to do this!? It seems that every time I get a new wave of motivation and try to follow this routine, I end up GAINING weight! Seven years ago I was skinny, and now I am fat!. I hate it and I want to turn things around, but I can't figure out what it seems so impossible for me to do what I know I need to do! Please help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's because you have to be really disciplined and give up things!. it's just not fun to exercise and eat healthy when you like sugar! trust me! i'm addicted to werther's right now! ahhhhhhh! i could easily not buy them!.!.!.but i do cuz they make me happy! it's tough work! exercise is the easy part!.!.!.!.giving up sugar is tough!!! best of luck!.!.!.just do it little steps at a time so you don't go through sugar withdrawl! also, it's hard to stay with it, when you don't see results! the older we get, the tougher it gets!Www@Answer-Health@Com

motivate yourself just look in the mirror and ask yourself is this what i really want to look like for the rest of my life!. i lost 90lbs and everytime i gain weight like five pounds or more i motivate myself saying that i will never ever look like what i used to ever again!. put a picture of your old self by the mirror that would give you motivation!. i don't know why you would gain weght instead of lose it i would see a doctor about that!.

Right down everything you're eating!.!. I've started this and it really helps!. You also have to be ready to do this for yourself I think!. I've been about the same weight for 3 years although I have wanted to lose weight for three years!. Now I'm making a little more progress because I'm trying!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
