Who can explain? Eat soda and candy all day-weight drops,eat properly-gain weight?
Okay...when I eat extremely healthy and calorie count..I gain weight. But if all I eat in a day is soda, candy and crap..I loose. Does this make sense to anyone? Can you explain your theory please? I'm being very serious here so please do the same...

You could possibly be eating less food on the days you eat junk food. If you're eating sensible portions of the crappy food but totally pig out on "healthy" food (which might not actually be as healthy as you think), it makes sense that your weight would act as it does.
