i have my own weight room and i can't keep my self motivated to use it

i use this website. It allows you to track your workouts, diet, and habits. It places them in a graph on a timeline. So it is easy to visualize your progress.
You also put yourself and some friends on a mailing list. This list gets sent out weekly. So your friends know how many times you worked out.. and if you kept to your diet. =D So they help motivate you. It is also handy to see how many times you worked out on a graph... you can tell when you are slacking off.
