simple carbs raise the sugar level in the blood stream really fast and then cause a "crash" leaving the person craving more blood sugar, so a lot of junk food actually makes people more hungry in a few minutes, notice how eating a chocolate bar just makes you crave another one!? a real culprit is french fries, the simple sugars in those make you eat more burger and soft drink!. but yeah, making sure you eat more complex carbs like whole wheat bread will stabalize your blood sugar and cravings!. As far as always wanting something in your mouth!.!.!. that goes away with the cravings going away, but until that works, just try a mint, they are low in calories compared to other things and the minty taste make you not want to eat other sugary things!. hope this explains and helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might be stressed or turning to food for emotional support!. You might not even be hungry at all--it may be psychological!. This is a really good article that talks about emotional eating!.http://buzz!.prevention!.com/emotional-eat!.!.!.

You should also keep a food journal and write down the emotions you are experiencing that day and see if there's a pattern with what you are eating and how you feel!.

Hope that helps! :) good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat carbs and protein together!. The protein stops your body processing the carbs so quickly (i!.e scrambled egg with toast) therefore you feel less hungry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
