Good Carb diet?!

Question: Good Carb diet!?

I have PCOS (if you know what that is) and I was on a low carb diet once and lost 30 lbs in 3 months!. I dont remember how to follow it, because well I cant remember how many carb intak I can have!. I was on a diet made by the Diabetic Assosiation!. If anyone knows where I can get that guide again let me know!. THANKSWww@Answer-Health@Com
