Question: Apparently no one knows how to answer my question!.!?
I used to be a size 14, went down to a size 0!. Now I'm almost a 7!. I have a bad tailbone, I fractured it 2 yrs ago!. I don't want to loose weight I just want it flattened!.

That's my stomache, I am big boned, being the reason I just want to flatten it!.
Once again, I just want to flatten it out a bit, is there any way that I can do that, that will not inflict pain on my tailbone!? In my last post, someone said "You're not big boned" How would you know if I'm big boned or not!? I think I know the difference in big boned & not big boned!. I have been skinny before with a stomach that actually caved in compared to my rib cage, & my rib area has always stayed the same!. Why!? BIG BONED!. My ribs go out farther than the normal person!. Also I'm 5'2 & 135 pounds!. For 2 yrs I was 115!. So this is a BIG change for me!. I'm not calling myself fat!. I LOVE my body! I just want it a little flatter, why can't anyone on Yahoo understand that guh!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If I am understanding your request- what you want is a flatter stomach!? That requires you to tighten up the abdominal muscles!. Since you have problems with your tailbone, the usual situps are out of the question!. Why not try exercises in the pool!? The boyancy of the water should prevent pressure on your tail end, and you can stand against the edge of the pool!. If you get into water just to your chest, you can lift your legs up- which should do the prerequisite abdominal work needed to tighten things up a bit!. Find an aqua-exercise group!. They usually have them at the YMCA, or other places with large pools will sometimes!. There will be lots of folks there with back or knee troubles in the same boat as you- and the exercise will do you good!. I'm not getting into the big boned thing- one way or the other- it's not really the question at hand!. You are talking condition of muscles- not reducing the size of bones!. And perhaps you would get more useful answers if your question were a bit clearer!. You aren't wanting to flatten your tailbone or reduce your bonesize!. You want tighter abs- if I understand you correctly, that is!. If not, then you need to work on rewording your question!. You can leave out the whole weight reduction thing, as well as the whole bone discussion!. I really dunno how to flatten ur stomach without your fractured tailbone hurting!.
the bst exercises are crunches (halfway situps, MUCH more effective that actual situps, which hurt the back) and that new fangled Ab-King Pro!. I don't know if that helps!.
Also, maybe try (I really know this sounds weird) thrusting your hips back and forth!. Just your hips, try and keep your body still!. This will work your stomach muscles gently, and it also develops the gleuteus maximus!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok dont take this the wrong way cuz its not meant to hurt you just help but- have you had a baby!? Sometimes having a baby will make your skin do that without it being actual fat!. The only way to fix that is through surgery, but you could also drink a lot of water to help your skin's elasticity!.
I would try water aerobics if I were you, to help lessen the strain on your spine!. It should give you good results without the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Theres this big squishy ball that you lay on and do crunches!. Its more the small of your back that touches the ball rather than your butt so it shouldn't hurt you!. It causes resistence and a greater range of flexion so you get a better workout for your belly/abs!. I'm not exactly sure of what its called but my mom has one!. You sound like me!.!.!.!.although i havent been good enough to get down that low, i was 210 at 14 years old!. I'm now a great 130lb, 5'2 at 23!. I dont know about your injury, i have no suggestions about work outs!. Just base your diet on lots of water, thats how i got the last bit of fat off my belly and face!. well theres this thing and its like crunches but you put this like ball under your lower back and it works so good but you dont have to buy it off tv its just a scam just get a exersize ball and do crunches and reverse crunchesWww@Answer-Health@Com

uh yeah just do ab work outs
i ate ice cream for like a year and didnt do anything
soon it started to really bother me so i did
sit-ups and crunches regularly!.

you need to do push ups, crunchies!.!. work your belly muscles and go jogging!.!. it'll get your belly muscles tightened!.!.
