My body won't let me lose any more weight? Why?!


Question: My body won't let me lose any more weight!? Why!?
I'm a woman in my early 20's, 5 foot; 1 inches and weigh about 125 pounds!. My waist circumference is a decent size, about 31 inches around!. I've been exercising everyday for 20-30 min for 3 years now, and been trying to eat healthier!. The problem is that I can't seem to lose anymore weight, even though I'm trying with all my effort!. I'm actually a little overweight for my height according to the BMI charts!. I should weigh 105 pounds!. I've been trying to drop to that weight for years with no success!. I once plateaued at 112 pounds and my body couldn't go any lower!. Everyone tells me that I'm thin already and that 105 pounds is unhealthy, and that I have gained alot of muscle mass (which weighs more than fat) from the years of exercising!. I wonder if there's still a way I could drop to 105 pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body has stopped losing weight, because you are at the point where muscle is gaining!. If anything bump up the cardio!.
Also, have you changed up your routine lately!? You may have jsut plateaued!.

well you sound very fit and ur weight matches your height perfectly!.

my boyfriend works out alllloooot and he told me sometimes when you overdo the same exercises, your body gets use to them and it's harder for you to lose weight!.

So I say you google some new workouts you can do!. Or if you have it, get a trainer at the gym who more likely knows how to get you to your target weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if people say your fine your fine dont go ano now!but you have plateued because if you do the same thing everyday your body will get used to it and not respond anymore thats way you have to gradually pick up intensity,or switch up your diet and exercise routine evry so often to kep your metabolism going ,and to keep it fun and interesting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well for your age and height 125 is actually quite healthy!. your problem may not only lie in excersize but possibly a health problem!. for example you may have a monor thyroid issue and you may want to check if your past relatives have had this issue!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well maybe your body don't have good metabolism!. You should try a work out program or maybe buy a video tape!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not overweight at 125!. Maybe your body just isn't meant to weigh 105!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Remember that the BMI charts don't take frame size into consideration!. With a small frame, 105 would be right, but medium or big, it would be too thin!. I think you are a healthy weight, so stop stressing about it!. However, if you do insist on trying to lose weight, I should point out that 20-30 mins of exercise daily is not much!. Try doing more!. But if you are the right weight, you will still not lose any, even with more exercise!. Your body knows best!. Sometimes it doesn't work anyway!. I do about 90 mins of exercise every day and I'm not losing weight either!. However, I am overweight, you are not, so don't stress out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is because your body has become routine it knows exactly what to expect such as when you're going to eat and how much your going to eat and when youre going to exercise and it is storing the fat off the food for the 30 mins exercise!
try to confuse it now im not a fitness instructor so i can't say for certain exactly how to do this just that this is the reason why!.
try eat more today and tomrrow at say 1pm do regular exercise!.
then the day after tomrrow eat at 3pm and the next day
on the fifth day revert back to the 1pm eating for two days and vice versa every 2 days!.

Lunch hours!
this is the primary reason why people in offices tend get fat very easily their day is regimented to 1pm eating!.
and people who have uncertain hours and high mobility tend to stay thin!

the workings of the plan in a nutshell:

this plan will make you hungry at 1pm (well whenever your lunchtime is) and your stomach will be wondering where the food is as it has produced emzynes for your assumed lunchtime! so you go hungry at 1pm then the emzynes revert to plan B; they eat the fat off the body then you eat at 3 when the body is not craving for food the stomach is unprepared and there is noone (emzynes) around to dissasemble the food and
make sure you do exercise!

and above all "no small or large snacks" in between!
you could eat a big dinner but eating a tiny malteaser every 20 mins will render the whole process useless as your stomach keeps waiting for the food!Www@Answer-Health@Com
