Have you been watching what you'r eating!? you should probably be having between 1200-1500 cals per day!.!.!.plus substantial excerciseing time to make a difference!.
Try and go for at least an hour every day!. 45 minutes cardio(treadmill, eliptical, bicycle) and then follow it up with some strength training and stretches!.

go vegan!. it's a great way to lose weight (and no i'm not an animal activist, i'm serious)!. i don't know what it is- maybe the vegetables fill you up, or you're sick of eating vegetables so you eat less, or it's too much of a pain to find food that has no animal products whatsoever, whatever it is, it works!. start by fasting for week, then start veganism!. it sucks but it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just try and watch wut u eat!.!. u can work and work and work out all u want, but if u still eat the same way, it will never go away!.!.!. and that one pound probably fluxuates too!. u might even find that u weigh more if u work to build muscle!. but still good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
