How do I get a victoria's secret body?!


Question: How do I get a victoria's secret body!?
I don't work out that much because I'm afraid I might become bulky and muscular!. But I do eat healthy, and I'm thin yet it's like my rib cage is visible, but then some of the model's rib cages are visible too yet, I don't like that!. And I feel like my torso is a box!.!.!. this is me

by the look of it, you look somewhere in the ballpark of 15-17 You still got a little bit of growing and filling out to do!. But if you want to look close to that, I would suggest working out on toning exercises and getting a good diet!. Just try not to go on a diet!. Most of them will jack your system!. You can increase your metabolism naturally by eating more frequently but in smaller portions!. It makes the stomach believe that there is plenty of food and there is no reason to save as much food as fat as it's unneeded!. Plus you don't get hungry as often and don't have to worry about blood sugar drops!. About looking like a model!.!.!. try actually looking at the model in person, not a picture, before saying that body type is your goal!. Believe it or not, most of the pictures you see in magazines are digitally edited to make them look better to the audience!. They usually do little tucks around the waist, thighs, and butt (fatty areas) to give an appearance of more streamline and sexy body which is almost impossible to achieve in reality!.

And just from what I've seen of you, you've got an excellent body most gals would kill for!. You don't even got the miniature pooch of fat I see on all the skinny ones around school!. Which is quite naturally for a female to have, biologically speaking, in preperation for IF you get pregnate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, dont worry about working out making you bulky and muscular!. Being a woman, you simply do not have enough natural anabolic hormones to put on too much muscle!. Meaning, no matter how hard you hit the weights, you will only get toned and not big!.

Second!.!.!. You appear to still be quite young, so you need to still give your body time to develop!.!.!. While it does this, just make sure you dont diet too much, and make sure you feed it allot of quality food!.!.!. Including protein!.!.!.!.

In short, be patient!.!.!. If you give your body time to develop and feed it what it needs, I can assure you that you will eventually look amazing!.!.!. :)
