Question: My Ab's and muscle building tips please!!!!!?

I would like to know if anyone know's of any really good lower ab exercises and also any muscle building supplements which would be good butI dont want to gain a load of weight just make my ab's a bit more visable esspecialy at the bottom!.

Try the Plank!. Lie face down & rise on your forearms & toes!. Hold!. Longer the better!. Do a couple each time!. Will really tighten all your abdominals & strengthen Ur back and arms as well!. Try some other core exercises at the link!.

Leg raises, hanging leg raises!. Reverse crunches!.

Caffeine is a good fat burner!. Try a 200 mg pill in the AM B4 you workout!. Green tea extract, too!.

and if Ur really adveturous!. Hydroxycut really worx, except that its expensive and may wreak have on your system!.

Try the plank with weight on Ur back!

And drink a LOT of water!.

Oh, & I just remebered!. U know those neoprene stomach wraps!? They help!. Train Ur stomach to stay in and help[s reduce h2o in the area!.

2 more things!.!.!.if U dont mind!.!.!.

1!. Cut back on salt, if you aren;t already!. Salt retains water, and congregates around the midrift!.
2!. Try something Arnold Schwarzenegger calls "vacuums"!. Get on all fours & suck in your tummy!. Try to suck it all the way to your backbone! Hold as long as youcan - shoot for 30 seconds!. Do a couple daily!. If this gets easy try it sitting & then standing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
