Question: How do I gain weight!.!.!.any pills,syrups!.!.!. anything that really works!.!.!.please guggest!?

eating healthy is key!. consume a little more protein (meat) than usual!. Work out helps but gaining weight is about your body fat percentage, you don't want too much!. Eating healthy is the main thing, then work out!. Two strengths when combined, result in that figure your looking for!. When you work out don't do the same routine work out everyday!. alternate between 3 days and do different things each of the three days!. like Monday do crunches, Tuesday sit ups, Wednesday go for a run!. then Thursday go back to crunches!. You can do more than one thing a day certainly but don't do the exact same workout everyday!. Your body gets use to it!. Mix things up!. Eat a healthy breakfast!. Eggs, bacon, milk, orange juice!. that sort of thing!. Just combine eating healthy with work out and you should see results in the first few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd say quit fighting what your body naturally does!.!. If anything, go get your body fat levels measured to see where you're at!. I know a couple 100 lb women that are still the normal 24% body fat and don't need to gain anything!.!.
If you feel you absolutely must gain mass, then eat about 200 more calories then you already do and start weight training twice a week so that you add muscle rather then fat!.!.
Everyone is different and those height and weight tables aren't that accurate!.!. I'm at around 24% body fat at 165 lbs!.!. That pretty much means that with no fat on my I'd weigh 122 lbs and I'm only 5' 6"!.
My point is that maybe that's the size you just are normally!. If that's the case, then there's no reason to gain excess fat just to fit into where the height/weight tables say you should be!. So long as your body fat levels aren't below like 16%, you're probably fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why do you want to gain weight!? If you want to gain muscle, workout (pushups, situps, run), proteins and carbs!.!.!. If you simply want to gain mass, calories are key!.!.!. The goal is to ingest more calories than the body uses in a day!.!.!.
