well one thing you can do is keep track of how many calories you eat!. then burn more calories than you eat by exercising
( sry not sure if that's how you spell it )!. you can run, ride your bike, jump rope, play sports, and etc!.

another way do "diet" is to eat healthy!. dont eat that much junk food!. instead eat more fruits and veggetables!. just make sure you know what you are putting into your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can go running!.!.!.!. it doesn't sound fun but when you get home you will be like wow i just ran that much!?!.!.!.its a good feeling and it gives you time to think!.!.!.!. or you can hula hoop!.!.!. it takes inches off your waist and is fun!.!.!.!. eating heathy can work well too!.!.!. salads stuff like that!.!.!.!. or if you want to lose fast go non-solid like pudding and applesause!.!.!. and water!.!.!. i had to do that after i got 4teeth pulled and i lost 5 pounds in 4daysWww@Answer-Health@Com

go ride your bike, or swim at the pool or run around outside!. Just stay away from candy bars/pop and other bad food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
