Try a workout video or DVD!. The best workout i have found is doing the row maching for 10 min then treadmill on 6 incline 3!.6 mph off and on 2 times that burns almost 400 calories then also lift some weights to tone!. but don't forget the foods you eat try low fat dairy, 100% whole wheat carbs, lots of water, fruits, and veggies also lean protein like tuna, grilled chicken, fish, or pork tenderloins!.Make sure to eat breakfast and stay away from high fructose corn syrup and sugar( read food labels)!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
