Question: Weight help!! Puking!!?
Okay, please don't lecture me! I'm in 7th grade but I'm 5'4'' almost 5'' but I weigh a whopping like 112!! I'm not that happy with my weight and I get mad if I don't fit into my ideal size!. I know I'm not overweight, but I want to loose weight!. Puking is just a gross way though, but it's sounding really appealing now!. HELP!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't work anyway!. Bulimics generally weigh lots more than anorexics!. John Prescott's a bulimic and he weighed over 200 pounds!.

If you start trying to throw up or use laxatives in order to lose weight, think of all the side effects!. First, if you throw up all the time, you burn your finger and your throat with all those nasty stomach acids!. And if you're going to the bathroom all the time, other parts of you will be sore!. Second, think of the *smell*!. If you're doing those things all the time, it's not going to make you attractive!.!.!. it's going to make people avoid you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, if you are actually 5'4" and 112, you are quite skinny!. You should focus on being HEALTHY rather than SKINNY!. If you become healthier, you will inevitably lose weight!.
If you really want to lose weight, you have to diet and exercise!. I know, sounds not so appealing, but it really is the only sure way!.
You don't have to dramatically start running 3 miles a day or anything, just make gradual changes in your diet and exercise routine!. Focus on getting in shape and eating more nutritious food!.
Try to drink less soda!. Focus on drinking LOTS OF WATER!. Drink a bottle of water when you're considering some unneccesary snacking!. Drink a full bottle of water before each meal and you'll eat less at that meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a 5'4" tall girl is suppose to weigh between 110-130 pounds!. any less is unhealthy, any more is bordering overweight!. you're at a perfect weight!. i suggest you calm down!. puking is gross!. i'm bulimic!. i know how it works!.!.!.!.at your age you need to work on health, not thinness!. eat right, exercise reguarily (doesnt have to be vigorous, just whatever's fun) make your skin glow, your body grow to its best, keep it well nourished!. i actually kept on gaining weight after i became bulimic, because you make rules, your body doesnt like it and will fight and double your urges to eat, then you eat a lot, then you vomit, and then your body wants food again, so then you eat a lot, then you vomit and around and around it goes!. its not at all appealing!. i vomited blood once!. and one time i woke up in the middle of the night and my gag reflex went heywire & i started puking and couldnt stop for awhile!. it was scary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first of all there is no ideal size, you are the right weight, get a fitness ball and the 2 dvds that come with it pop it in and work out tada, thats how ive been towning and loosing weight!

You are still developing!. Give it a break! You will not always be a child or juvenile!. Do you want to be treated like one when you are twenty!? Believe me, you will feel lethargic (lack energy) if you are underweight!. You will also miss your regular menstrual periods if your body fat is too low!. You will also age faster than everybody else!. I do not believe that this is what you really want for yourself!. It is a hefty price to pay to wear cute clothes!.

You are the same as my beautiful daughter!. She is gorgeous!. Has a lot of energy, friends, and has a lot of endless fun!. Your friends will not enjoy seeing vomit on your clothes!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're acually pretty thin for your height - what IS your ideal weight/size!? Because I have a feeling it's one of those weights your body has to be NATURAL for!.

At 5'4" and 112 you are NOT overweight!. You are at the lower end of the normal range, so please don't lose weight! I'm 5"7" and 140 and am in the middle of a normal range for my height!. The rule of thumb is 100 lbs!. for 5 feet, and add 5 pounds for every inch!.

Puking will cause all sorts of health problems down the line and lower your metabolism!. Please don't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but believe me, your young and from your weight you could easily get a healthy body in short amount of time

basically if you want a healthy toned body (which all guys including me like), you will want to eat healthily exercise

by puking you will get skinier and unhealthy - by this i mean worse skin, problems often with acne and will likley end up ith being thinner but flabby

When I was in the 7th grade, I was really pudgy!. I was about 5'6" but I weighed like 150 pounds!. I eventually lost weight through natural growth!. Now I am like 5'8" and about 130!. You should be patient!. You will lose weight, but there is no miracle cure!. Puking is never an option!. If you want to make your stomach unable to digest food in like 5 years, then go ahead!. Please don't puke!. Be happy with your body the way it is!. If you really think you want to tone up a bit, then do some weight lifting or some sort of other exercises and watch how much fat you eat!. You're too young to be dealing with eating disorders!.

Regular exercise help speed up metabolism, that is what you should be doing!.

No!. Vomiting will destroy your intestinal lining and enamel on your teeth!. If you don't mind puking, then you probably won't sweating!. Exercise frequently, take showers to wipe off the sweat, eat healthy food, and you'll lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am not a doctor!. I'm not going to lecture you!. I'll only say it once!. Be careful about the obsession of wanting to lose weight!. It isn't healthy!. You are probably about 13 years old!. Your body is still growing!. You want to be careful because you do not want to damage anything that is supposed to be growing and developing now and will stop later!. Also, if you lose too much weight, you start to damage your muscles, and you don't want to do that!. :)

Ok, now that we are on the topic of health !.!.!. the first thing to do is to visit your doctor!. Bring a list of questions!. He/she will appreciate that you are interested in staying healthy!. He/she can also help you choose a diet/exercise plan that is best for you!.

I would recommend that you buy "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips!. It isn't a very thick book!. He helps you plan your eating and exercise plan!. The best part is that you get a free day one day a week, where you can eat anything you want and you don't have to exercise! And it still works! You are building up your metabolism with this plan, and if you keep on it, you will be able to take the day off!.

The book tells you how to eat and gives you examples of what you can eat for each meal and snack!. You do not have to buy the energy bars and drinks to do this diet!. You just have to eat the portions of food he tells you to!. He even gives you a chart to plan your meals!.

As far as exercise goes, you exercise 6 days a week!. Three days are for weight-lifting exercises, and three days are for aerobic-type exercises that increase your heart rate!. You can buy a couple of small hand-held weights to do the weight-lifting exercises!. Some of the exercises you do not even have to use weights!. He shows you what exercises to do and what parts of the body the affect!. You don't have to do all the exercises!. He gives you a chart to work by!. You just decide which exercises you want to do for each part of your body!. These exercises help to increase your strength resistance in your muscles!. Having muscles is very important because muscles actually use up calories!. The more muscles you have, the more calories they will use!. :)
Aerobic exercises include anything that will increase your heartrate!. You need to increase your heartrate for at least twenty minutes each time you do these!. These exercises include running or jogging, dancing, tennis, track, !.!.!. almost anything that is going to increase your heartrate!. Remember to stretch before and after you exercise (both weightlifting and aerobic-type exercises)!. If you notice you are in pain after exercising, exercise a little more!. When you exercise, your body creates lactic acid!. That is what is causing the pain in your body!. If you exercise a little more, this spreads out the lactic acid in your body and helps to alleviate the pain!. (That's what I've been told!.)

I really recommend this!. You will be getting in shape and you will be eating healthy, too!. You will see he isn't recommending big meals at all!. They are small meals throughout the day!.
