Question: Is is safe that a 14 year old does set ups!?
So, I'm a 14 year old girl, I like having abs, you know!.!.!. nice body and stuff!.!.!. So I do 100 set ups every morning, Can that be bad for my health and does it effect my growth!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
