Vitamin-E capsules..and stretch marks?
well i heard vitamin e is a very effective remedy for stretch marks..however when i went to the drug store i was confused. people said buy the gel capsules and break open the shell and put this on the stretch marks..however the only vitamin-e capsules i saw were "dietary supplements" were these the right ones? break those open and put it on the marks? or was i looking at the wrong ones?

Vitamin E is used frequently in heart disease. There is alot of talk that it can help in healing of skin problems caused by surgery or whatever. They come in little gel caps. yellowish in color and oval shaped. You can stick a pin in it several times and then squeeze out the liquid onto your stretch marks. Yes it is probably in with dietary supplements an it may or may not help with stretch marks.
