Plenty - you can turn your home into a gym with a pair of weights, a band, skipping rope and a yoga mat!. That's all you need!.

1!. Skipping - if you skipped 15 mins every other day you will notice weight loss at the end of two weeks that's how good it is!. Proper skipping though and not just slowly!.
2!. power walking with the pram!. try uphill; routes and the aim is to get yourself out of breath and then you know your heart is really working hard!.

You have a wii if I remember correctly!. They are coming out with that wii fit, and it looks like it will be awesome for working out at home!. A tad bit expensive for my tastes though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can run and walk!. Also, the Billy Blanks Tae Bo DVD's are awesome! My favorite is Tae Bo amped! You will get an excellent workout with these!Www@Answer-Health@Com
