So about my diet plan..?!


Question: So about my diet plan!.!.!?
Eating just eggs, cucmbers and having as much milk as you desire!?!?!?My hubby lost ten kilo doing this in!.!.a months time!. i started this today and i feel like !.!."i miss food"

yeah thats what i think!.!. that it'l be great if i lose ten kilo!.!.after all hubby lost about 22 lbs in a month!. he did eat out on weekends plus he wrkd out and ofcourse office!. i dunno y is it sooo tough to me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really doesn't sound like a very healthy diet!. People tend to make losing weight a very difficult and miserable experience!. All it takes is little discipline and working out!. You can get the same results and be healthier if you just watch your calories, portion size, and fat!. You will be surprised how much that will make a difference!. Once you start to notice it becomes a lifestyle change not a diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That diet sounds a little crazy to me!. There's no way you can get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs for just 3 foods!. One thing to remember is that guys lose weight faster and more easily than women!. You may stay on this diet as strictly as he did and only lose 5 lbs!. The best diet is one that gives you something from all the food groups and an occasional treat - something like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig - as well as working out 4-5 times a week!. I don't think I could survive for a month on eggs, cucumbers and milk - that just sounds gross when you say all them together!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diets like this don't work! You need to eat other foods, not just these few things!. Eat anything you want, but just do it in moderation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
