How much weight? please help?

ok if i eat healthy meaning no sweets or junk food.( but have to eat bread but not to much) and exersice twice a day in the morning with an hour of workout videos and the gym in the late afternoon were i burn off 300 calories how much weight will lose by July 28. I am 14 years old, 5' and weigh113 pounds. please help! o i have been in shape most of my life but i quit working out for a while and now trying to get back into shape if that makes it easier to lose the unwanted weight
and please dont say i dont need to lose weight, i love my body but i have a small frame and little bones and would be more confortable with my self if i weighed 100 pounds or even 105.

It's impossible to tell how much a person will lose. Everyone has different metabolisms and daily caloric requirements. By stick to a strict daily regime you may be able to do between 3 and 8lbs. It's hard to tell. You're already very light. It's easier for a heavy person to lose weight.
Quite frankly, I think you'd be better off toning your body than losing weight. If you work on turning what fat you have into muscle you'll find that you look slimmer and have less "flab", though you may actually gain a little weight.
