boobs!? I've lost a stone and they have turned all wobbly andf jelly like!. They are not drooping but are not as firm as they were before losing weight!. How on Earth can I make them firmer!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Basically exercise hun!.

Congrats on losing the stone, keep that up for a start!.

If you manage to keep your body fat levels down to a healthy level (you will need to get that measured at your gym/GP or get a machine yourself from argos or anywhere) by doing LOTS of cardio exercise (running, swimming, cycling, etc) then you will naturally firm up a little anyway!.

To tone up fully, particularly your breasts, you will need to do strength exercises!. This means doing weights, but dont worry Im not talking about building bulky muscle!. If you use light weight and do lots of reps (between12 and 18 for 3 sets) then you will build your muscle endurance and tighten and tone it, but not build bulk!.

For your breasts you need to do exercises like chest flys, push ups etc!. But dont just concentrate on one area, work every muscle group to look toned and balanced!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

This shouldn't have come as a shock since breasts are made of fatty tissues and weight loss causes these fatty tissues to perish, hence the loss in structure!. To make them firmer you'll need to perform chest exercises 1-2 times week, i!.e!. chest press with dumbbells, barbell on a flat bench, incline press, declines press, pectoral flyes with dumbbells or on a machine!. This will enable you to tone up your breasts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

-Push ups
-butterfly (weight lifting)
-kickboxing (cardio)
