Is it possible to lose atleast 10 pounds in 3 weeks?

I need to lose atleast 10 pounds in the next 3 weeks...is it at all possible? What kind of stuff would i have to do to get toned all over. Thanks

Rome wasn't built in a day, but three weeks is almost enough time if you are very careful. First make sure you have five servings of fruits and/or vegetables a day (no butter or fat added). Limit your protein consumption to plain fish and meats. Water packed tuna is okay, no mayo. A small steak or hamburger is okay, no fat on the steak, though. Chicken without skin is okay too. Eat no more than six oz. of protein a day. Everything should be simple. Salt, pepper, herbs for seasonings are okay. Have one glass of skim or 1% milk, no other milk products. One serving per day of whole grain. That means one half cup of brown rice or 3 oz. of potato or whole grain pasta. Drink 6 to 8 glasses (8 oz.) of water daily. You may use Propel or Crystal Light in place of water. If you follow this you will stay healthy and still lose a lot of weight fast. This is a very scaled down, bare minimum version of Weight Watchers for fast weight loss. It will work!!
To get toned all over three weeks of fast walking for 30 mins every day will help a lot. Swimming is good too if you do laps. These are exercises that involve all the muscle systems (aerobic) and raise the heart rate for a min. of 25 mins. They are best for toning the whole body. Good luck!!
