Answers:
These are a list of the everyday foods you should be avoiding (some should be switched for better options):
-White Bread (swtich to brown bread)
-White Rice (switch to brown rice)
-Sugary Lollies - even the ones that say theyre 99% fat free!. The problem here is that although theyre fat free theyre packed with sugar which ultimately turns to fat if not burned!.
-ANY fast food eg deep fried foods (Subway as long as you go with a healthy option is fine or choose the salad or sub from Maccas)
-ANY fizzy drinks - diet ones included
-Red meats (opt for lean red meats only)
-Chicken thigh - very high in fat, go for the breast section instead
-Processed foods, those that would have been on a shelf for more than a month
-White flour
-White Sugar (opt for the sugar that hasnt been refined)
-Mayo (very processed and full of preservatives)
-Caffine
-Alcohol (high in sugar and carbs)
-Milk and White Chocolate (have little pieces of dark chocolate every now and again)
-Cake, Donuts, Cupcakes, Muffins etc etc
-Ice cream
-PieWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's easier to look at what to eat!.!.!. because i think you have good idea already of what not to eat or atleast can tell by looking at it
Eat "natures" food anything that hasnt been processed!.!.!. just like people did 60 years ago

eat from the four basic food groups:

1) fruits and vegetables
2) cereals and grains
3) meat, fish and poultry and
4) milk and daily products!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything with high amounts of sugar and sodium!. Virtually everything at fast food restaurants and movie theaters!. Subway might be good though, I don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
