300 cals is a little low even with all the protein your muscle will waste away id advise 5 small meals of 200 cals if you are trying to loose weight!. Then do 30 mins of cardio a day!. Also try to make your first meal carbs and the rest protein!. I promise this will help you build muscle while burning fat which will have you looking fantastic well good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm going on the protein thing here
edamame, about 100 calories for a bowl, they are a complete protein and no fat!
chicken
a handful of almonds (the fat in them is the good kind your body needs)
Low-fat cheese is good; the part-skim mozzarella cheese sticks are handy for snacks!.
A piece of high protein, 100% whole grain bread (try Ezekiel 4:9 bread, which is sprouted grain, no flour) with a piece of turkey breast!.
Salmon!.!.!.good protein and you get the good Omega-3 fats as well!.
Cottage cheese!. I know!.!.!.boring!. BUT!.!.!.try mixing some chopped green peppper, scallions, tomato, salt, pepper and lemon zest into it!. Fabulous! A teeny drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil (good fat!) makes it even more wonderful!.
Yogurt
beef jerky
hummus
quinoa
miso tofu soup
tuna in water
sardines!.!.!.personally I think yuck, but some people love themWww@Answer-Health@Com
