I'm wanting to lose 21 lbs...how long will it take and what should I do?!


Question: I'm wanting to lose 21 lbs!.!.!.how long will it take and what should I do!?
I have an elliptical and exercise bike!.!.!.how long should I use them and how many days a week!?
I have also though about using portion control for my meals!.!.!.but how much of am I supposed to have!?
I'm not overweight, I am just topped out at a weight I would never get to!. I am 5'3" and I weight 136 lbs!.
Is it possible for me to get to 115 lbs!. I want to give myself until the middle/end of August!. Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

All the gadgets and fad in the world will NOT shave off an ounce off your weight without resolve, focus and dedication!. Your best Answer can come ONLY from a medical doctor who can examine you and see what condition your health is at this time!. Very often people ARE NOT ready for any kind of weight loss!. Then some people can put it on and take it off like a t-shirt!

Just remember it is NOT what you eat but HOW MUCH and WHAT KIND of food enters your body!. Sweets, sodas, processed foods (McD, Wendys, etc!.), and late evening and night snacks are all OFF LIMITS!.

Eat 3 sensible meals per day!. If you MUST snack, make it a healthy snack (carrot sticks, celery, an orange or apple, figs or excellent)!. Also our body is 98% water!. So drink up! 1 or 2 gallons daily with or without a twist of lemon!.

Cinimmon (3 grams daily) is a great help in helping your body get rid of sugar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
