I am not getting nutrition?!


Question: I am not getting nutrition!?
i lost 23 pounds and became very healthy!. however, now i only eat 800-1100 calories a day eating 5 meals! i cant make myself eat more! i exercise between 45-90 mins (or more) a day!. i dont have an eating disorder because i dont want to lose weigh! i am 5'6 and weigh 125!. 13 years old (almost 14)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Listen, you shouldn't believe when they tell you that thin people are the healthy ones!. Thinness has nothing to do with health, but it's WHAT you eat that matters!. You are too young to care about those stupid diets, because you already exercise satisfactorily, and please do remember you are still growing up!. I know a girl who started with that idea when she was fifteen, and she used to be pretty but know she looks a bit weird due to anorexia!. I'm not saying you have it, just be careful!. Eat healthy things, like eggs, milk, vegetables, meat, fruit and bread, keep on working out and you'll have nothing to worry about!.

If you can't make yourself eat more, but you don't want to gain weight, you should work out less often or less intensely!. I'm not saying don't work out at all, but tone it down a bit if you want to regain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just because you are unhappy with you weight does not mean that you should give up your healthy life style by eating junk food and working out less, and actually you are right around the average/healthy weight for your height so dont panicWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why not try eating more interesting things!?!? Ice Cream, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Fudge Brownies come to mind here!.!.!. You will have that appetite back in no time!.!.!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
